📣 Please note: You can purchase one name tag color per member's name.
For example, if you want JUNGKOOK’s Red tag, select JUNGKOOK’s name and then choose Red.
If you want to buy both JUNGKOOK’s Purple and Red tags, select JUNGKOOK’s name and then choose one Purple and one Red, purchasing a total of two tags.

- If you place your order by 3 PM (Korea Time) on business days, production will start the same day.

If your product is defective or damaged, request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we confirm that KONOshop is responsible, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
